Have you rung Sky and reported your issue? As for compensation, auto compensation is payable for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk, not an intermittent problem

Tell me about it, ive had three openreach engineers none of them fixed the issue broadband keeps dropping daily, woeful service.
