Sky bisrdman hub disconnect
Switched his off a few times and keeps losing connection

@Jono4940 sorry your post makes no sense what do you mean by "bisrdman" hub? If your Sky hub is losing connection check the kights it displays as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start rebooting the hub will not sort an issue with the line it uses to connect.
