This has been happening for werks and getting worse. Phone keeps using up data as wifi drops out and same with TV wifi drops and lose or cant access channels. Extreme frustration
Ours is the same. It's so frustrating. Probably 10 times a day, worse in the evening. Going to fibre in a couple of weeks. Hoping it's better otherwise I'm going to cancel. We pay a lot of money and they can't even provide a basic service.
