I have activation date for my fibre fast broadband on the 14th off December , 2 weeks before an open reach engendering came and have a look at the premises and the job involved , then on the 14th I thought I was going to have all set up and running , but what a surprise the engeniring only drill the wholes and fit the new plate that goes inside and the box outside , he said he couldn't finish the activation as the cable from my house and the behind off my garden as he couldn't get on a ladder to go near the roof they need the special equipment for that.
so my complain is the engendering that came 2 weeks before knew it and even asked me to get my neighbour to move the car so they can get in freely and now I stuck with the boxes fit it but not cable running to the box for my fibre, I though openreach would know by the last engendering came to the first visit
so now I dont know when will they do that?
