Hi,
My internet has decided not to reach my living room, so I can't use my laptop in there (where it is a little bit warmer) nor can the Sky Q box connect to it consistently. Everyday it asks to be reconnected using the wps button, but it only stays connected for a short while. It was working ok before Sunday.
Could somebody please help me?

Run this test Service Checker | Sky.com to see if there is a problem and it may allow you to book an engineer if necessary.

Find out moreSince you are having Sky Q connectivity problems you should be eligible for a Sky TV engineer visit who will likely place a Sky booster in your home to allow the Q box to connect to your broadband. This should in turn help you connect your laptop in that room also.
