I was trying to set up my broadband and realized that my broadband box can only connect to ethernet and Tel ports, the only broadband socket in my house is a Coax socket, how do I set up my box then?

You certainly don't connect a Sky Hub to that: coaxial cable for telecoms/data is either Virgin or a defunct cable company, and never carries Openreach traffic for other ISPs to use.
Which 'Ultrafast' product did you order? Ultrafast 1 can be delivered over Openreach phone cabling in areas equipped for G.fast, but Ultrafast 2 and Gigafast always requires a purely optical connection.

Has the ont been installed yet ?
This is the last stage of installation. If you have received your cat5e ethernet cable (conversion kit) this will connect port 1 from the ont to lan 4 (marked wan" of your router and the telephone then plugs into the telephone socket on the back of sky hub
