I have recently rejoined Sky. When I am trying to log in, my old account number is tied up with my registered email, so I am not able to see any current details or claim my rewards.
The new account number is not present on my profile at all. I have tried to chat with an agent but the only option is to make a call, which is not preferable method of communication for myself.
Is there any possibility to chat with a live agent or an email address to the customer service??
I would be grateful for any help in resolving either the issue or the method if communication.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mark20000101If you have used the same email adddress on both the old and new account. Might want to try and change the email address of the old account to see it it then let's you see your new account information.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year then your account will have been closed as you have discovered so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
