Cancelled and returned equipment but payment due to come out

Hi, 

I cancelled my complete package and returned all my equipment but I can see a payment is due to come out again. Why?

When you cancel there is a notice period (14 days for Broadband/Talk and 31 days for TV) so during that period it woukd seem you had another payment date. Any overpayment will be reimbursed by Sky.

Thank you. I cancelled over 2 months ago and previously they said payments will stop but still got a bill. I also meant to get a refund last month but never got anything. Do I cancel my DD

Which service(s) did you cancel? 
How did you cancel?

Did you receive an email from Sky confirming cancellation? 
I would recommend not cancelling your direct debit as that is how Sky will refund you.

I cancelled everything tv phone broadband. All the equipment has been sent and confirmed all recieved and we did get an email saying it is cancelled. Trying to talk to sky is so hard with calling times so just super annoying
