Hi, we've recently signed up to sky superfast broadband and broadband boost so and expecting a future bill of £30 per month but when I look at future bills for the next 3 months they are £40.17, £32.40 and £35.00?

Your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (over the usual 28 days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check out your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

and

Your bills might also incorporate the annual price increase effective from 1 April.

Unfortunate timing as I suspect your contract was not fixed. I believe you can cancel if you do it within 30 days of being notified of the increase (which will be in a matter of days I believe).
You can expand your bills for the detail.
