New customer, Sky Glass arrived and works as expected. Sky stream puck however, just sticks on 'checking your status' and then errors out.
Have tried wired / wifi with no difference in result.
It is possible that it is due to my sky broadband not going live until the 21st, however, i didnt have any issues getting my Sky Glass set up and working so this should not be the issue.
My internet speed is not an issue as i currently have over 1gig connection (Virgin Media which does not end until 31st)

Unplug the puck. There is a button on the bottom at the front. Press this and plug in the puck. Keep the button pressed until a sequence of coloured lights on the front turns white and then release and the puck should go into update mode. After this the account linking worked and all was OK for me at least.

It did get stuck on the update screen the first time but then the second time it was all good so thanks again
