3 Fake Pucks

I have just upgraded from Sky Q and it has created 3 pucks which I paid for and the setup costs. Which itself I think is disappointing. Now I have 3 other pucks on my user account which I have not got and are not even supposed to be there . I have spoken to the Helpdesk constantly but they do not disappear ???? I don't want them showing !!!

@kbroadway  Did you order 3 pucks?  Your post suggests your ordered 3 pucks?

@kbroadway  Then I'm confused as you have 3 pucks and 3 show on your account?
