You've posted on the Sky Stream board so if you have a Sky Stream subscription package, either Essential or Ultimate, you have Netflix (standard with ads) included in the subscription so you don't need to add it via MySky.
All you need to do to switch Netflix billing from Netflix to Sky is to log in to the Netflix app on the puck with your existing Netflix email address and pasword. Billing will then switch to Sky. If you are currently on a higher tier of Netflix, ad-free or Premium, then you'll need to upgrade MySky and add the additional cost of these higher tiers to your Sky package.
