Puck stuck on blue

My puck is only showing a blue screen with a small white line at the top and won't do anything

Have you tried rebooting it?

Turn it off at the wall for ten minutes then power back on and try again.

You have not mentioned what you have tried.

Can you try a power reset of your puck, leaving off power for about 30 seconds.

 

If that still does not solve the issue, can you try performing the recovery procedure on step 4 of  this Sky help article:
