Its quite possible you will need to wait for the puck to arrive now in order to activate your subscription before you can upgrade it. Once your subscription is active, you should be able to upgrade via your My Sky account.
Alternatively if you give Sky a call they may be able to adjust your subscription now before the puck arrives.
