Swap phone

Hi I am trying to send my swap phone back but I did not receive a return label

Hi @Mark++Dolan  apparently it should be in the packaging your new phone came in, it's quite difficult to find it has been reported.

I've removed your duplicate post. 

Someone posted recently that the return label was on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but was quite small and could easily be missed. They then used the same packaging to return. This worked for them.

 

If it's definitely not there call Sky.
