My phone won't work. I'm on my way to Germany. Have no signal, no welcome message from sky and no way to contact your customer services as I can't call because I HAVE NO SIGNAL.
I've done every single step on the mysky app and still nothing.
Any ideas?

I'm currently working in France and my phone has stopped can't make calls no data etc. it's been fine the last 3 weeks no issue at all

Hello! I have arrived in Croatia and I never received a welcome text from sky and I cannot access my data roaming passport. I have no signal and I have tried every step online to make it work but it's not doing anything. Send help!!!

How long till Sky resolve this?
I'm away with my 15 year old son and need to be able to contact each other in an emergency.

Hello
I am currently in Germany and my phone is not working. It has signal but has not connected to a network and showing emergency calls only. Have tried all the steps set out in guide but can't call sky as no network. Please can someone help me ASAP as only works on WiFi! Thanks in advance.
