Monthly bill double

Hi,

I decided to check my monthly bill which was increased to £7 per month excluding devide costs. It looks like I have been paying £14 per month for quite some time.

I take it this not normal and someone from the Sky team can assist with?

I received an email in January saying that

From 24 February 2024 you will pay:
£7.00 a month

What does your bill itself show as there will be a breakdown of what you are paying for so if you compare that to Januarys bill what is different. You can view your bill via the MySky app or one here:

Re: Monthly bill double

It says £14 for my mix, no additional charges such as picture messages etc . January it was £6.50!. Device is £14.33.

Future bills also state £14pm for the sky mix. I didn't opt in for a £14 monthly charge for the sim.

£7 does seem quite cheap for a device and data plan so what data plan are you on as it might be you had a discount on it that has now finished.

Re: Monthly bill double

Apologies. £7 for the sim. Then £15 for the device.

It's the sim that has doubled to £14. Does this make sense?

Was it a half price offer that's expired?

No. They sent me an email in January saying that the monthly rate will go up from £6.50 to £7 per month. There was never any offers applied. I've had this sim for a number of years now.

Ok, you'll have to call Sky on 150 to see what's going on
