Voice quality

Having Voice quality issues when dialling certain automated answer services . Sounds like talking under water. Is any other users experiencing this ?

Hi Sky , 

I have been waiting on someone calling me regards this , everytime someone calls the whole scenario starts again and I end up spending an hour on the phone and told someone will call me back from the networks team it is now nearly a month since I raised the issue and it si still occurring with the Sky network , I need this escalated to the team that can look at a call trace level.
