eSim failing to activate

I am trying to install my replacement eSim on mi iPhone 16 plus, I have followed all steps but my phone keeps saying esim failed to activate contact network provider. I have no mobile network now so am unable to call sky for help.

If you don't have another mobile or landline phone to call Sky then your Bly option is to use social media and the likes of Facebook messenger and those that are at the bottom of this page.

Don't forget that when you scan the QR code and then input the 4 digit PIN that you need to off your WiFi!

 

Just switch off your internet access and let the eSIM connect to the mobile network directly.

 

Sky should tell people to do this as it took me 2 months to work it out with assistance from this forum.
