Since joining sky mobile I have experienced poor reception whilst at home Calls keep cutting out consistently or the call quality is poor on both ends. I've tried internet calls but this has shown no improvement Changed sim, no improvement Noticed other posts on this subject but not seen anyone stating it's been resolved Got an iPhone X which worked perfectly on EE Regretting switching at moment Can anyone help?

This is no help to the OP at all, but I have a samsung S20 on Sky and the call quality is awful. It cuts out during calls, the clarity deteriorates as the call goes on, to the point where you can't understand what is being said. It doesn't seem to matter whether it using a mobile signal or WIFI calling - very disappointed so far. I'm told it's just as bad for the person on the other end of the call too.
