Mobile account

I paid £400 towards my mobile account 2 weeks ago and it still isn't showing in my sky account balance on the app

Did you add the £400 to your account so that it shows as a credit on your bill or did you make a payment against your device ?

payment against the bill. Looking in line it now shows as credit. Sooner I'm away from sky (TV , Bb & Mobile) the better. Its easier to find hens teeth than to speak to a human. They are getting worse.

Any payment you make will appear as a credit. If you wanted to make it against the device calling Sky will have been the best thing to do. You can nor either leave the credit in place until it has been used to pay your next few bills or if you wanted help in getting it refunded post back here then we can alert Skys messaging team for you.
