Two Phone numbers

Hi, j can't find anywhere to get help I've moved network in November and sent a PAC code over so I can have my old number I've had for years but since some time in December my phone has been playing up people can only contact me with my old number but when I text someone it's with a new number sky gave me?

If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

Can you explain this clearer?

 

I presume you obtained a PAC from your old provider, gave it to Sky to process and Sky confirmed your number was transferred?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes, just noticed my iMessage is linked with my new number sky gave me but everything else is linked with my old number I got a Pac code for. So need to find out how to get iMessage to work
