Need a new number

Hi,

My daughter is being bullied via her mobile number. She has a contract pay monthly mobile, can we get a new number?

If you/her has been paying for the sim she has for 12 months or more then the account holder can call Sky so they can cancel that sim and get her a new one sent that will come with a different number. If it isn't 12 months yet given the circumstances I would still call Sky to see what they will say.
