I’m having trouble activating my esim onto my pre-purchased iPhone. I don't have a working phone number so I cannot call the help Centre.
Earlier today I purchased an eSIM on sky.com, and I then read every instruction page available on how to download and activate the sim, which says a QR code and/or a pin would be emailed to me in order to activate my account, but one hasn’t been sent to me. Then, when I try to activate the esim I ordered on the sky website, it says I should ‘try later’. What does this mean? I really need to set up my phone number today.
