Refund
I ordered 31 dec phone but my order cancelled now my credit not refunded

It’s possible you may have failed the required credit check(s). Emails confirming or cancelling the order sometimes arrive out of sequence. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days. If it takes longer than that you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link which will lead to contact details which will hopefully (but not necessarily guaranteed at the moment) include a phone number

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.
The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.
Any calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Alternative means of contact are:
(a) through the Sky Virtual Assistant on the same page - depending on your query, which can connect you with a live agent virtually if necessary or provide you with the contact number or
(b) via Skys social media sites (the links are at the bottom of this page).
The lines may be busier than usual due to the damage and disruption caused by Storms Éowyn and Herminia.
