Am I the only person struggling with how to use the returns box for mobile phones ???

The instructions make no sense, the don't secure the device to the box. Is there a video on how to do this because the diagrams don't seem to add up. Am I the only person struggling with this ?

Now it's marked this as answered 😂😂😂. They just need to do a help video. I call up and no joy they just sent a new one out as I ripped the old one trying to make it work.

good thanks I've managed to sort it, but if you can work out how to use a sky returns box then you would be an immortalised legend.
