Wifi calling on Pixel 3

I ported my number to Sky today, and found that Wifi calling and VoLTE are not available on my phone.  The Operator settings version is:

sky_gb-3000000650, 2021-06-23.  I had a very long chat with Customer Support who seem to think they should be working.

Does anyone have Wifi calling working on an older Pixel?  I had them working for Smarty, but only with the help of the Pixel IMS patch.

Hi @Antony24  sky only guarantee WiFi calling works on phones purchased direct from them.

It looks as though I'll need to cancel my contract as calls over 3G are unusable indoors and out.  Customer services didn't get back to me.

What's the best way to make sure I don't lose my number when cancelling?  I've already ordered a SIM from another company.

Once you get your new sim @Antony24  then activate it. Request a PAC from sky then give it to your new network.
