Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf 2fa is enabled on the account then Samsung won't help as it is a security feature which is not meant to be bypassed. If it was easy then anyone could supply personal details (gained from a security breach) to pretend they're you & access the account.
Did you save the backup codes when you set up 2fa?
Did you set up an authenticator app to generate the log in code?
Have you checked the information here?
