Ive put my sim in an old phone and now it wants a sim unlock code - i tried 0000 but it says no...

My old phones screen was cracked so ive switched to an older phone i have - i cant get the sim to work - ive tried my pin, the standard 0000 but nothing...help!

If the sim is locked to a different network then you would need to get it unlocked first from the provider you got it from as using the standard 0000 cide as you have found will not work.

Its a sky sim....just trying to put in my old O2 phone...

If that phone is locked to O2 you will need to get in touch with them regarding getting it ublocked as the Sky sim will not work in it until you do.
