Yes I have done a device reset and checked for issues, sky say no issues in my area. Still not working

Done reset etc. Still not working. Just received text after reporting saying Sky looking into it, will get reply within 48 hours.

I have reset my settings and rebooted twice but it just keeps saying called failed. My whole family has sky mobile with no problem so it's just me. It's on an Apple mini 13

Working again. Rang 150 and waited till id got through all the automated stuff and finally a nice fella answered this is what I did at his request:-
1 Go into Settings and scroll down to General Management.
2 Scroll down to Reset and open it.
3 In reset look for reset mobile network( there are a few options only use this one, specifically called reset mobile network)
4 Open reset mobile network, when in there press reset,it should tell you it has reset.
5 close settings
6 On main screen turn on Flight Mode, wait a wee while then turn Flight mode off.
7 Turn phone off then back on, and that should do it.
This worked for me and my wife's phone which was having same problem. Only do it if you are confident enough to do it, if not ring 150 and get someone to talk you through it.

Obviously at point 1 when you have scrolled down to General Management, open it and look for reset tab before commencing point 2

Mines working again now without doing that so may be Sky have fixed issue.
