Hi have a new phone as the old phone is broken,the data is not working the phone is a moto e13 was sent a message saying will send hand set configuration for the following service and pin but nothing come through after that. Can you help please reply

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
If they do not come through then you can set it up yourself:
Settings > Mobile Data > Create New Access Point...
Name: Sky Mobile Internet
APN: mobile.sky
Save and restart phone.
