Credit agreement

Hi just wondering if it's possible to change a credit agreement from a 48month to a 36month if it's not yet started

You would need to call Sky to see if that was feasible. It may entail cancellation of the 48 month order and re-ordering which will involve further credit checks.

Cancellation form

I'm trying to cancel my order and credit agreement within my cooling period, but can't find the cancellation form, tried the way it says on t&c but can't find it. Can anyone help please

Hi @Weemo11  you will need to call sky on 150 to cancel and arrange the return of any device ordered.
