Upgrade subscription required ???

My sky says “to use this service you need to upgrade your subscription “ when trying to open any apps that I have in my package and my recordings have just “stopped “

All sorted now - turned everthing off and back on again and it cleared

Back in June you said the issue was an upgrade message and now it is something else so what is actually happening and is this via Sky Q ?

Yes Sky Q  if I watch a film it stops and this little wheel goes around and around and around
