My sky says “to use this service you need to upgrade your subscription “ when trying to open any apps that I have in my package and my recordings have just “stopped “

All sorted now - turned everthing off and back on again and it cleared

Yes Sky Q if I watch a film it stops and this little wheel goes around and around and around
