it keeps on taking me to account verification,they want me to send documents to them,i have never done this and do not want to,they never wanted this when i signed up to play super 6 with my workmates two years ago, It feels like they are saying if you are an old luddite then go away you can not play the free game we are advertising and boasting about

thank you.but i clicked on this link and it took me too my home page on super 6 and once i done the log in i went straight to account verification. back to square one

Did your problem clear? I was unable to log in on either phone (Android) or IPad yesterday, and again today. From previous experience, this was an issue with Sky themselves, but I can't recall how I contacted them.

I'm also having this problem and I've been using super 6 for years without issues. I don't have a VPN and have made no changes at all! It is asking me to upload either a passport or driving licence !! I've tried it on 4g and Wi-Fi, still won't work....in the current climate of online fraud, are Sky seriously expecting me to upload important personal data that not even my bank ask for? Absolutely absurd!

This was the second time I've had this problem. I was locked out last season too, I believed as a result of changes made their end. I've had to do the same thing this time, give them information which I can't recall using to set up the account, but I was, indeed, locked out because of too many attempts logging in with the wrong password. I use my fingerprint. How can that be wrong? When this happened last time, I had a 4 digit passcode and it needed to be a 6 digit code. They've unlocked me, I've sorted the passcode again, and everything is working again. Good luck!

I have the same problem about uploading identification and address verification, I have done this and despite the field saying they'll email you within 12 hours, after a couple of weeks they haven't.
The contact us, on the app/website has dead links. I did find the email address and emailed in twice. It said they'd respond within 72 hours. A week later, no response. Absolutely useless, really frustrating when I say £94pm on Sky TV. They need to sort out the customer service, or at least some service.

I have success contacting them via Twitter. They're quite responsive, but what unnerves me every time, is the amount of details required to verify it's me. However m they have been able to solve my issue - I'd tried too many times to log in with the wrong password, my fingerprint......🤔

My log in has never been wrong. It's by iPhone face recognition! Password and username perfect but still they wanted me to prove who I am! As said previously, they're getting no personal information off me, screw super6.
