We went away for 2 weeks and came back to find TV saying 'insert viewing card with chip facing up' - it hadn't ever been touched but we did that. Then it said 'no internet connection'. We tried re-inputting the password for the Wi-Fi numerous times. No luck. Have tried turning everything off. Too far to connect an Ethernet cable. Any ideas?
