Slow internet can't watch tv but the test says good connection.

@Emma+MonkdAre you getting the speed that you are supposed to when you run the test, click on " Tell me more about my connection ". This gives you the speed you are supposed to get between and the minimum you are expected to have.

 

Could you post a screenshot of that in order to direct you.
