Internet broadband

My broadband service became live this morning, and I’ve got no access at all to it. I think I’m missing a wire as the internet box only came with a yellow wire nothing else but I’ve got no internet at all?

That suggests Sky thinks it's provisioning an FTTP connection.

 

Do you have an ONT somewhere inside the property?
