No internet

Hello I am trying to use my sky glass tv and it says that it's connected to the broadband router but not connected to the Internet

I have done all relevant checks

Same here!! Not happy like. Wonder what's going on?! Been a sky customer for years & now can't watch my sky glass because no WiFi!
