Slow connection

Hello, 

I would like to know how to sort the interned speed back to promised speed. I have restarted it a couple of times and it seems got stuck from 2 to 7mpbs max. Unfortunately, the speed test on sky's site keeps failing to connect to my hub, so I could not find out the cause of slow internet. It usually is not a problem, but it has been two days now and it is frustrating. 

 

Help me please. Thank you
