No internet connection

The power and wifi lights are green but internet one is orange. I have disconnect all wires and reconnected them. Reset the box but still not working.

Try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Got exactly same issue today, rang Sky but no resolution they ran lots of tests, nothing resolved now saying that they have to escalate and will be upto 72 hours before we get a response saying what they will do next
