Thanks so much..shame it's left to the customers to do so! Is that something I could have done myself, but just missed? The only options that useless bot gave were the phones which are never available or posting on here..
But yes please that would be very helpful! Thank you for going out of your way to help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of this page when it appears:
