I can not remembering ordering sky cinema and you can see that I have not used it. It was only picked up when the film ferrari appeared on my recordings. Can you cancel immediately please. wallybach

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
To remove part of your Sky Q/+ TV package you will need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You can either call or use the messaging service to cancel this
