I've not been sent a return label for my Sky Broadband equipment, can you please send me on as soon as possible please

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

As you've probably now gathered, we are fellow customers here. Providing you’ve cancelled successfully the returns packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period, so 14 days for broadband (to the address that the account is registered at).

Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.
