Has anyone else noticed that when you leave Sky and they ask you to fill in a survey they do not give you a space to comment? Presumably they are too afraid of what people might say and too scared to hear the truth!!!

Hi @doughnut67 I know AI is getting better, but automatically reading survey comments is extremely unlikely to produce any results. You didn't think that a human gets anywhere near an individual survey did you. They are only interested in trends and statistics etc. which are produced automatically.
