balanced carried forward

It says i've got £94.00 balance carried forward what exactly does this mean?

Does it say just balance carried forward or credit balance carried forward, if the former it is because you still owe £94 from a previous bill, if the later it is money that is owed to you.

That indicates that your last bill wasn't paid and the outstanding balance is being added to your next bill.

@zahrasidd your bill shows CREDIT balance carried forward which is not what you posted in reply to @caesarome's post asking that very question.

That is clearly a credit so you can either leave it as it is as it will be used against your bills or you can have it refunded if you want, so if you do want it refunded then we can arrange some help for you via here of you want.

Hi @zahrasidd   The drop down icon on the right, against the Credit should show you the details.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
