Tv package due to expire.

Hi all.

I have got an email to say my discounted package is coming to an end. They've offered me a new package however I'm concerned the price their advertising isn't what I'll be paying.

The part thats concerning me is:

increase of £4 per month.

Can someone explain to me what's going on. A family member & a close friend are having the same issues that every month without fail their "contracted price has increased by £5 or more each month!"

Thank you for your time.

Re: Tv package due to expire.

I can't see the photo yet because it hasn't been approved. But "increase of £4 per month" means you'll pay £4 more each month than you are currently, not that each month will be £4 more than the month before it.

Regarding what your friend and family member are saying, it doesn't make sense to me but there has been notices of the annual April price rise sent recently, and perhaps they're crossing their wires with that.

I can see the photo now, as expected this is just being upfront about the April price rise.

So the £4/month increase is the annual April price rise. So would also likely get a price rise in April 2026 as well, seeing as its a 24 month contract.
