We were SKY customers moved to NOW want to rejoin SKY

Hi 

New to the forum, I wonder if anyone can help?  

We were for many years Sky customers, then due to a house fire we were living in alternative accommodation for a while so signed up for the more flexible NOW TV we are back in the house now and want Sky back,  however I am trying to sign up online and getting no joy as it says I am an existing customer, its driving me nuts at the moment.  At the moment, I have continued NOW as I wanted a seamless transition, but I think I may have to cancel it completely.

Any help or suggestion is gratefully received

@Flowerlady65  if it's been less than 18 months since you cancel sky you will be classified as a returning customer not a new one and won't qualify for new customer discounts 

if longer than 18 months you need to sign up as a new customer without logging into any previous account 

whilst both are owned by Sky now and Sky are separate companies
