Payments

Hi there, I have paid my monthly bill for sky over my sky app but everyday they are still trying to take the money. It says I've paid my bill for September twice and they are still taking it

Automatic payments are requested several days prior.  That payment cannot be stopped even if you've made a manual payment.

 

If you account shows a credit then you can request a refund or leave it as a credit against your next bill.

Making a manual payment doesn't stop your automated monthly payment. Your manual payment is likely to be shown on your Sky account as a credit against your next bill, leaving your current bill unpaid. If the automated payment continues to fail, you may find your services being restricted. Best not to make manual payments at all.
