Cannot link Sky ID and mobile account

Please help! 
I am a new customer to Sky and am unable to link my Sky ID and mobile account. All details entered correctly on the setup screen but a message appears saying the details do not match with what is held on the account. 

I have downloaded the app and no information is available to view and when I log into my account via a browser it says the information is restricted and I have no products to view. 

I'm a very unimpressed new customer!

Your post has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
