Please help!
I am a new customer to Sky and am unable to link my Sky ID and mobile account. All details entered correctly on the setup screen but a message appears saying the details do not match with what is held on the account.
I have downloaded the app and no information is available to view and when I log into my account via a browser it says the information is restricted and I have no products to view.
I'm a very unimpressed new customer!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour post has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
