Filled out online form it took me through 3 options to fix
sign out nexflix via web browser didnt work
reset sky did but tookvwhilevto revladxall app and knocked off remote so used tv remote thenvre set to use sky remote
last option canot remember had to opt out sonething in netflix account but i couldnt even follow the instructions to do this
its working for now fingers crossed !!

Hopefully that's you done but if it does come back then log back in to your account online and click on the 'Account' option. Then click on 'Security', that will give you 'Access and devices' and 'Feature testing'. Turn 'Feature testing' off if it says it's on, it just means it will only use the latest stable version rather than the next beta test version. 'Access and devices' is where you remove any Sky devices listed.
Make sure that the Sky box or boxes are in standby mode when you remove the devices and once the device is removed, turn the box off at the wall or plug it out. Wait a minute before turning them back on.

Is anybody else's Netflix not loading? Like it doesn't come up with the names the circle just keeps turning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have SKY in five different rooms. In one room NETFLIX is not loading. The internet connection is fine. All other apps working on this box. And Netflix working ok in the other rooms.

I am having the spinning red circle on my sky mini box in my bedroom, and have not been able to watch netflix on this box for 8-10 weeks.
I can use Netflix absolutely fine on the main Sky Q box in my front room. Have spent hours complaining to Netflix who are denying that their is even a problem.
They have told me that my mini box is not compatable with the Netflix App and told me its just tough luck and nothing they can do as its a Sky issue.
Have tried all the work arounds and none of them have worked on the mini box. I have filled the form in at the top of this thread as i wasnt aware until i tried to contact Sky.

Netflix won't loaf on mini box red circle have done app reset.
Works fine on q box
